General

How do I open a new customer account?

  • First click on the menu point 'register'.
  • On the next page click on 'OPEN ACCOUNT'
  • Please enter your first and last name and your email address.
  • If you tick 'register for newsletter' you will receive regular information on news and special offers from pampuschen KG per email.
  • Into the field 'password' and confirm 'password' you need to enter your chosen password. For a secure password, please do not forget the use of small and capital letters as well as numbers and symbols.
  • Now click on 'submit'

Subsequently you will receive an email at the stated email address. To prevent misuse of our site, you will be asked to confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation link enclosed in your confirmation email. A click on the confirmation link will finalized your registration process.

 I have forgotten my password - how do I log in?

  • Click on the menu point, on top right corner 'register'
  • On the next page click on 'forgotten password' at the field below registered customer.
  • Enter your email address and hit 'SEND'.

Orders

 How do I order a pampuschen product?

After you have chosen a product, please click on the button 'add to cart'. 
You have two options:

1. With ‚continue shopping‘ you can add more products to your cart. Just choose further models by placing them with a click in your cart. Now proceed as noted in point 2.

 2. with ‚proceed to checkout‘ you will be forwarded to the next page when you are finished with your purchase.

  • Now you are asked if you woul like to order as a guest or wish to register as a new customer, unless you have already created a customer account. According to your choice you will be asked to enter your address details as well as your delivery address should you wish to ship your purchase, to an alternative address.
  • After you have confirmed your delivery option, proceed to ‘Payment Method’.
  • Select the payment method or your choice. Available are payments using, Paypal, Credit Card or Pre Payment.
  • Now you proceed to ‚Order Preview‘. Here you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of Pampuschen KG. You can also have a final check of you order, before finalising by clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
  • You will receive an email to your stated email address, confirming your order.

 

What are my options for making an order?

Your best option is to place your order on our homepage. If you don’t want to order online, you may also place an order in writing per mail, facsimile or email. Please be advised that your payment method ist restricted to paying per bank transfer if you choose to order in writing.

Does Pampuschen offer gift vouchers?

Would you like to surprise a loved one? For Christmas, Birthdays or Anniversaries, a gift voucher from pampuschen is the perfect gift.

It‘s easy:

  • Please choose your gift voucher according to the amount you wish to gift.
  • Add the gift voucher to your cart.
  • Proceed to the checkout and enter the destination address where the gift voucher should be mailed to.
  • We will immediately post your individually filled in gift voucher to the chosen recipient. Wir verschicken umgehend Ihren individuell beschrifteten Gutschein an den gewählten Empfänger.
  • The recipient can conveniently use the gift voucher for the model of their choice by entering the voucher code as they use the checkout procedure.
  • The recipient will receive a new gift voucher, should there be a residual amount left after payment.

 

How can I use my gift voucher?

Once you have chosen a model, please proceed to the checkout. You will find a field below on the right titled ‘please enter your voucher code here’. Please enter your code here an click on the button ‘submit‘.  

 

Payment and Security

Which payment methods are available? 

Paypal

After submitting your order you will be forwarded to the PayPal homepage. Here you can enter your PayPal account details or create a new PayPal account.

PayPal is a charge free online payment method that allows you to shop online using a save, simple and quick payment method.

Save: Your bank- and credit card details are stored by PayPal only. This makes it unnecessary for your details to be sent with every online transaction you make.

Simple: With two mouse-clicks your payment is completed, since your credit card or bank details are already stored with PayPal and there is no need to re-enter your information every time you make a new purchase.

 

 Credit Card Visa/ Master Card

We accept Visa- and Master Card. If you wish to make your payment with your credit card, you are asked to enter your credit card number, your 3 digit security code, expiry date and your name. You find your security code in the signature field on the back of your card. Since we do not save your credit card details, it is necessary to re-enter your credit card information with every purchase.

 

Bank Prepayment

Should you choose the payment method, ‚Bank Prepayment‘ you will receive an order confirmation per email with our banking details. Please make sure to enter your Order Number when processing your prepayment to allow for quick processing of your order.

After we have received your payment, we will immediately ship your order. However, once you have placed your order, your chosen articles will be reserved until we have received your payment (max. 7 Days)

If you should return one or more articles, the order value will be credited to the bank account you have used to make your initial purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries does pampuschen ship to?

Pampuschen is sending orders to all EU-Countries, as well as Switzerland, Norway.

 

What are the delivery charges?

Shipments within Germany are charge free.

Shipments to other EU Countries attract a postage and handling charge of €6,00.

Deliveries to Switzerland ,Norway etc. attract a postage and handling charge of € 9,00.

 

How fast do I receive my delivery?

Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. You will receive an email notification at the time of shipment. You can find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation. Whit this number you can trace your delivery at anytime online. All information concerning availabilities and delivery dates are not committal.

 

Where can get my order delivered?

 

You may have your order delivered to your own address or an alternative delivery address. We also ship to a postal station or your choice or your post office box.

 

Can I trace my order online?

You will receive a DHL Shipment notification with your tracking number. With the link included on the DHL Email you can track your order.

 

Exchange and Returns

 

How do I return items - within Germany?

Visit our homepage  www.pampuschen.com and click on returns/exchange below. Fill in the information in the fields order number and postal code before clicking on the button ‘submit’. Now choose the article/s you wish to return. Please state the exact number of return items and state your reason. Next enter the date when you initially received your order and click ‚submit‘. You will receive a confirmation of your order revocation per email. You will find a link to the DHL-returns homepage on this email, were you can request a return label for the free return of your unwanted goods. (please note: this is only possible inside Germany) 

Return of items with an order value below €40

Please return your items with correct postage. You also have the option to request a return Label over the DHL-returns page. (Please refer to the link on your revocation advise, which you should receive per email) However this will attract a charge for any returned order below the value of €40.  The amount for a return label in this case will be € 4, which we will simple subtract from your reimbursement amount. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask you to kindly place a new order.

 

 -  Return of items with an order value over €40

Please return your unwanted articles with your free return labels via DHL. (the link to order your re-turn label is included in your revocation confirmation which you should have received per email)  If you would like to exchange goods, we ask you to kindly place a new order.

This however, is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your revocation right. 

 

How to return articles – outside Germany

Visit our homepage  www.pampuschen.com and click on returns/exchange below. Fill in the information in the fields Ordernumber and Postalcode before clicking on the button ‘submit’. Now choose the article/s you wish to return. Please state the exact number of return items and state your reason. Next the date when you initially received your order and click ‚submit‘. You will receive a confirmation of your order revocation per email. Please return your unwanted goods with adequate postage to pampuschen KG.

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

This however, is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your revocation right. 

 

How will I get my payment back?

As soon as we have received your returned articles and the goods have been inspected, we will return your purchase amount, depending on your payment method.

  • Bank prepayments will be returned to the bank account, where the initial payment originated from.
  • Credit card payments will be credited to your card.
  • Paypal payments will be credited to your Paypal Account.

 

Credit notes and re-imbursements for returned articles will be processed within 5-10 business days.
