Please return your unwanted goods with adequate postage to us.

Returns in Germany

From an order value of over 40€ we carry the cost of your return postage.

Your will receive a revocation confirmation via E-mail. Here you will find a link for your DHL-Returns platform including your postage free return label.

If your order was below €40 please return your unwanted goods with adequate postage to us. If you would rather use our DHL returns portal we will just subtract €4 of your returns transfer amount.

Exchange of goods

If you would like to exchange your goods, please return your items as described above within 14 days. We would ask you to kindly place a new order for your replacement article.

Your right of revocation

How do I receive my back payment?

As soon as we have received your returned goods and we have checked those, we will return your payment made on that purchase.

If you settled your account via pre-payment and ‚Sofortüberweisung‘ we will return the amount to your bank account from which you have made your payment.

Credit card payments will be returned to your credit card account.

Payments via Paypal will be returned to your Paypal account.

Return transfers for returned goods will be transferred back accordingly within 5-10 days.
